Embedding Video

1. Select which video you want to embed.
   
2. Go to Email or Embed This Video icon ( it looks like < )
   
3. Click on Embed.
   
4. Click on Copy Embed Code.
5. Paste the embed code into your site.
6. Adjust the size parameters -- width="800" height="580" -- to suit your preference and posting window size.
7. To syndicate the whole channel and all episodes -- go here for code.

1. Go to individual video posts on this site.
2. On the video's flash player, right click on Click To Play
   
3. "Save as..." or "Save link as..." to download file.
4. When playing the video if you don't already use it -- get your own VLC media player to play it on.
